ROOT44 Truffle Caesar
A no-fuss truffle Canadian classic — perfect for patio season!

What You’ll Need (Serves 4):
• 1 tbsp Pietro&Pietro Tomato Sauce with Black Truffle
• Pietro&Pietro Truffle Salt (White/Black) – for rim + seasoning
• 2–4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 3 oz Clamato juice per glass
• 1–1½ oz your favourite vodka
• 1–2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
• Salt & pepper – to taste
• Lemon/lime wedges, celery sticks, olives, bacon, shrimp — garnish your way

How to Make It:
Step 1: Prep the Truffle Rim
Grind half your truffle salt to a finer texture. Mix it back in to create the ultimate Caesar rim seasoning.
Step 2: Rim the Glasses
Run a lemon/lime wedge around the rim. Dip in your truffle salt blend.
Step 3: Build the Caesar
Fill glasses with ice. Add Worcestershire, Clamato, tomato truffle sauce, vodka, hot sauce (if using), and a pinch of truffle salt. Stir.
Step 4: Garnish + Cheers!
Add your favourite toppings — classic celery, a bacon strip, or go bold with a shrimp skewer. 🍤
