Your next savoury breakfast idea πŸ₯‘ The Classic Avocado Toast:

Ingredients:
πŸ₯‘ Slice of whole wheat toast
πŸ₯‘ 1/2 an avocado (sliced or smashed)
πŸ₯‘ Sprinkle of salt
πŸ₯‘ Protein source: 2 hard boiled eggs, leftover shredded chicken, smoked salmon, turkey bacon
πŸ₯‘ A dash of hot sauce OR a dollop of pesto

Directions:
πŸ₯‘ Toast your whole wheat toast.
πŸ₯‘ Take 1/2 an avocado & slice or smash onto toast.
πŸ₯‘ Sprinkle salt on top of the avocado before adding sliced eggs or any leftover protein source of your choice.
πŸ₯‘ Add a dash of hot sauce or a dollop of pesto & enjoy!

Why you should rethink that afternoon coffee β˜•

Thinking about grabbing that 3 PM coffee? You might want to think again.

Did you know that it takes most of us about 10 hours to fully metabolize caffeine? That late-day cup could be the reason you're not catching those Z's properly at night, leading to a cycle of poor sleep and increased caffeine dependence to get through the day.

Tip: Try to enjoy your last coffee at least 12 hours before bedtime to ensure it doesn't keep you awake. Need a boost? Opt for decaf or take a brisk walk instead to energize naturally.
