Just a post about how awful it feels after an all out 2000m row😵...felt good to have the fastest time of 6:55 until .pt took the wind out of my sails with a 6:20 time 🤮

Working on the and accessory muscles today. Weak hip flexors 🦵 are limiting my progress.
It's common to develop tightness in the hip flexor region (or any other area) as a response to weakness. Are you overstretching a weak area?
Tradition dictates that our must lunge out of their placement on their last day🤷♂️. Well "the falcon" .zappone did not disappoint.
It was a quick but amazing 6 weeks and I am sure Brady will be a great asset to the profession.
The whole team wish him all the best in his future career as a 💚.
Thanks to the whole Umana team for contributing to his learning and especially .physio
and .pt for being a part of the learning process for Brady.
- Thanks to and for their contribution 🙏 and giving my already sore legs from Monday another reason to burn 🔥
There is still time to force your favourite therapist to exercise😖🥵 by making your donation or check out
Been a while (more than a minute) since I focused on strength training🏋♂️. Bike life had taken over my summer🚴🏻♂️
Had to scale back the weight to make sure I didn't hurt myself and also worked on some activation to make sure I woke up those sleepy muscles 😴. Can't wait to feel that DOMS tomorrow 😖

I'm terrible at asking for anything from anyone...but I've now witnessed the devastating effects of cancer. Seeing the decline of a vibrant, strong, caring and generous human is not something you easily forget.
I'm honoured to be able to ride with in memory of Duncan Gibson this Saturday August 7th.
100km will push me to my limits but to be with Duncan's on the ride will be worth it. Thanks to and .by.laura for the invite🙏.

One of the many reasons the clinic is built different💡. If you can't test the athlete at your clinic, how will you know how much loading they can tolerate⚠️?
