🍪 Shortbread Showcase! 🍪

This morning’s cookie class was all about perfecting the art of shortbread! Flaky, buttery goodness with a creative twist. Here’s what we baked:

✨ Chocolate, Coffee & Sea Salt – rich and indulgent
🌹 Pistachio & Rosewater – floral and nutty elegance
🌰 Praline – caramelized perfection
🍋 Earl Grey & Lemon – a zesty tea-time treat

We also made some Khara cookies with jalapeño, cilantro, and cumin seeds! My fave! 🌶️

I’m not a PSL fan or big on sweets, but this pie has me rethinking everything. I could easily take down the whole thing in one sitting—just need some whipped cream to seal the deal!
