It's time to embrace who you are, without any qualifications, conditions or exceptions.

It's time to love and accept yourself….AS YOU ARE.

This has become my life's mission. It is a journey and a daily practice.

It starts with noticing that nagging voice telling us to change or be different or be better AND THEN CHOOSING TO IGNORE IT!

By having more compassion for ourselves, being less judgmental of the things we have done or not done, we are able to have more compassion for others.

THEN we can all relax and enjoy life and each other.

Life begins to flow more easily.

Up With Women/Exponenti’elles is a national charity on a mission to help vulnerable women and gender diverse individuals struggling with low income.

They are seeking ICF certified coaches to join their team and provide pro-bono coaching to someone living below the poverty line for two hours a month over a full year. They welcome both English- and French-speaking coaches.

Through personalized, one-on-one coaching, Up With Women program participants learn to reach their full potential and build a sustainable pathway out of poverty. Among surveyed participants, 90% reported strong progress toward achieving their goals and gaining greater confidence.
