PROUD COACH MOMENT🥹

Between school, intense training, and competitions🏀, STILL makes time for recovery, and the results have been speaking for themselves.

I’m especially grateful to his parents for prioritizing recovery🌿 before injury. There’s a common myth that young athletes “don’t need to stretch” or “can’t get sore” because they’re “too young”. That mindset is outdated🙄.

💡Maintenance matters — especially for athletes competing at a high level.
