Every phone in the GTA went off at 5:30 on Wednesday.
By 7, basements across the city were filling. Ours weren’t.
Ten-plus years of finished basements across Ontario. Thousands of them. Not one client has called us about a flood — not after this storm, not after 2024, not once.

Waterproofing and drainage go in before a single stud does. Grade gets corrected away from the foundation. Backwater valve on the sewer line.
