Laneway homes couldn’t be more popular today, but with forward thinking clients and a creative architect the build was completed almost 2 years ago now! This entirely unique laneway house is completely cantilevered sitting on a massive steel beam and helica piers. This thoughtful design was a solution to requirements needed to protect a large tree in the rear yard. The result is an original and innovative laneway house, guaranteed nothing else like in Toronto.

Permits are in for Project SunnyLea!!! This one is going to have tons of amazing unique of features. Sunken living room with wall to wall skylights. Indoor garden, 20ft staircase window wall, Sauna and a completely open concept master bath/bed/closet! Stay tuned for the journey.
