So basically… A VO₂ max test measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during intense exercise, essentially showing how strong your cardiovascular fitness and endurance really are.
The higher your VO₂ max, the better your body is at delivering oxygen to your muscles and sustaining performance over time. It’s one of the best indicators of overall aerobic fitness, endurance capacity, and recovery potential.
I got mine tested to see my current fitness level beyond just pace, weight, or appearance.
Massive shoutout to for running this test for me at . I’ll be back in 6 months to see how much I’ve leveled up.
The Osmo 3 is one of the best cameras of all time and it’s not even up for debate. It’s the one I recommend to people the most when they’re looking to get a new camera for content creation.
It’s incredibly easy to use, the ecosystem it’s a part of is great, and i can’t stress this enough, if you know how to colour grade.. this thing is crazy. Don’t even get me started on all the accessory and mounting options!!!!

Been thinking about how relevant this quote is from the show Invincible. At the end of the day, life just seems to be a series of lessons you *will* learn in your own due time, hopefully not at the expense of other people.
