It's very easy to put ourselves down and not believe in ourselves when it comes to stepping out of our comfort zone.

The comfort zone may be easy, but by staying there will not help you change, grow, adapt and accomplish bigger things in life!

If you want to reach a higher potential, you have to take that leap. Yes, it may be scary, but what's scarier is the opportunities you miss by not taking that chance!

Meditations, whether they are seated, walking, running, writing etc, are a great tool to keep you focused and grounded when trying to reach a new goal!
