What Digital Literacy Really Means

Digital literacy isn’t about being “tech savvy.” Nobody’s asking you to code a robot or fix Wi‑Fi with your mind.

It’s about everyday skills that make life easier, like:

Applying for jobs online — >clicking the right buttons without crying

Using email confidently —> sending messages on purpose

Joining virtual meetings —> knowing which button unmutes you

Navigating portals —> finding what you need without getting lost

Understanding digital safety —> avoiding sketchy links and internet gremlins

These are skills anyone can learn with the right support, a little patience, and maybe a snack break.
