Hey friends💚
I’ve been MIA so i thought I would check in with y’all. There have been a lot of personal changes/challenges going on in my life lately & I needed to step away in order to prioritize my mental. When im not in the right headspace, life just doesn’t make sense. You guys know I appreciate this space as I’ve been able to build a community on it and connect with so many amazing souls. But it can also suck you in and consume your mind with mindless scrolling, time taken away from you working on you. To my fellow creatives that are battling with perfectionism, anxiety, imposter syndrome, depression etc…your business cannot survive without YOU. So you must come first. Learn to rest not quit. That being said, i’m still here, still fighting and I hope you guys are too 🤗💚
