π©π»ββοΈβ€οΈ International Womenβs Day,
an opportunity to celebrate female leaders and women in medicine. The growth of women in our profession has been astounding over the past number of years, and it is projected that the number of female physicians will outnumber males by 2030. This was unthinkable a decade ago. This gender shift in health care is worth celebrating.
