Starting this week, we've got lunch classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm -1:30pm taught by

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Effective immediately, Mike Romano is no longer Head Coach of Freestyle Dojo. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

We are happy to announce that Sean Leal has joined our team as Head Coach, he brings a wealth of experience as a 1st degree Black Belt.

We understand this is a shock to the community and we appreciate your patience during this transition period.

$10 donations are being accepted but it is not mandatory. What is mandatory is doing the wrestling class!

We've got some very special promotions to hand out. Come prepared to train, it'll be a tough session.

If you're nervous about receiving your next belt, it's totally normal. Growing into the rank AFTER a promotion is very common and the imposter syndrome you feel is a sign of a humble martial artist.
