We would like to use the last 10 days to support those affected by the fire in Somalia.

The Waheen Market is home to over 2000 businesses. It has been a support to the Hargeisa economy. Unfortunately. the fire broke out on the eve of first Ramadan when businesses were in their full bloom. 

Goods worth millions of dollars were destroyed in the fire, but what matters most is the sheer vulnerability of the people who lost their bread and butter.

Criticism can come at you whether you ask for it or not. From the endless amount of aunties on the block and/or friends & family that wish you well.
However, when you aren’t ready to hear words that critique how you live, carry yourself, or take pride in - it can leave you wounded.
This reflection series encourages you to think about the criticism that has lingered longer than it should have and start to ponder how to release it.
