This is my aim and I really enjoy winning. Winning means having the charge withdrawn, having not guilty decisions or if you are legally guilty keeping you out of jail by directing your conduct and getting support. The question is not “Did you do the crime?” The real question is “Do they have the proof?” My job is to get every piece of evidence. Then we meet to decide if they can prove the case. Remember if you lose after a trial you will be treated worse than if you had accepted responsibility.
