Food insecurity isn’t just “not enough food.”
It’s the quiet budget math families do every single week.
That’s why Canada’s new National School Food Program is such a big deal. A federal investment to help provinces and communities make sure kids have access to meals at school.
But here’s the part people don’t always see 👇
When kids can rely on meals at school, it helps stretch family grocery budgets at home. It means parents don’t have to choose between rent, heat, and food quite as often.
And while this program rolls out nationally, local food banks are still working overtime to fill the gaps for families.
That’s where you come in.
When you donate your vehicle to Homeless Cars, the proceeds go directly to charities in your city providing food services like North York Harvest Food Bank, Edmonton's Food Bank and Siloam Mission ❤️
🚗 One car can help provide hundreds of meals.
📍 100% Canadian. 100% local impact.
There's still 13 days to make a difference this holiday season! 🫶🏻❤️
