We’re proud to have Lauren Ritchie joining us at many tour stops across Canada 🇨🇦, bringing her expertise in mental performance training to the SOL experience!


A graduate-trained specialist in sport and performance psychology, Lauren helps dancers build confidence, resilience, and a strong mindset with real, practical tools they can carry into both training and performance.

With decades of experience and a global reach through her teaching, speaking, and program development, she brings a level of professionalism and expertise that aligns deeply with what SOL stands for.
