Located in the heart of Southeast Oakville, this classic transitional custom build harmonizes perfectly with its natural environment. Precise planning, daily on-site management, and flawless ex*****on brought this ultimate dream home to life.

We have officially completed the transformation of Project Saginaw. This custom build required a comprehensive approach to maximize the property’s footprint and elevate its architectural presence.

Our team performed a full interior gut to reconfigure the layout for modern living. The exterior underwent a complete modernization to refine the aesthetic. To further optimize the usable space, we engineered and installed new footings for the expanded porch and constructed a structural addition directly over the garage.

This project demonstrates the intersection of precise structural engineering and high-end residential design. We are proud to deliver another elevated build to the Lorne Park area.

Building along the Georgian Bay coastline requires an architecture that respects the environment while resisting it. This full-scale new build was engineered specifically for the microclimate, featuring advanced moisture protection systems and reinforced exterior envelopes to withstand the lakeside elements.

Architecturally, the project balances a striking matte black metal cladding on the exterior with the warmth of natural oak interiors. The footprint expands across a main residence and a detached guest wing, designed to frame the surrounding landscape from every angle.
