This weekend & next weekend we are running this special nood with a black kale pesto made with walnut, garlic & black truffle paste. Topping that off w fried panko, garlic oil, pecorino & a lime wedge

To make things fancy, add Argentinian prawn 🦐🤤 same dish for the most part, but with a base of bisque, and finished with green curry oil… and no pecorino on top cuz ya don’t need it 🫡
