Micro-mindfulness = small pauses that protect your nervous system 🧘🏽♀️ One minute now can change the rest of your day.
*Practice the pause-stop and take a few deep breaths before you sip your coffee
*On your walk to the car or office, stop and smell the roses 💐or look at the morning sky
*Just remember to take a moment today, tomorrow or the next day to be present ✨

Winter can make it tempting to play small and stay inside 😬 but, sometimes stepping slightly outside your comfort zone is exactly what your mind needs.
This holiday season, I decided to step outside (literally) to enjoy a meal with good company 🍛 although I was hesitant at first about eating outside, it was an amazing experience with delicious food 😋 and great memories!
