Flow’s new sparkling line is packaged in aluminum bottles made from 70% recycled aluminum and designed to use less material and energy than traditional formats—while still looking very chic in the office fridge. Plus: Canadian-sourced mineral spring water.

✨ Booch Kombucha
One thing we appreciate about Booch is that they lean fully into actual fermentation. They use organic fair-trade cane sugar during brewing and don’t add sugar after fermentation, which, in kombucha world, matters.

⚡️ Odyssey Mushroom Elixir
Odyssey has been one of the more interesting functional beverage brands we’ve come across lately, built around ingredients like lion’s mane, cordyceps, green tea caffeine, and L-theanine for more balanced energy and focus support.

We started a new culture committee offering this week .ca : Wednesday Lunchtime Yoga Nidra to rest & reset.

💜The benefits of Yoga Nidra (a meditation technique that means “yogic sleep”) have been proven to provide a deep nervous system reset and to access the same brain wave states we find ourselves in right before and during sleep, so it’s a wonderful practice if you have a stressful or high intensity job or life (or both).
