Burnout is real.
I never thought it would happen to me.

I used to read posts by other artists saying how much they need support and feedback from listeners. I honestly thought it was just social media bait — a way to boost engagement.

But now I’ve been in their shoes.

Being an independent artist means choosing freedom over comfort. You turn down the safety net of a label hoping that a real connection with your people will make up for it.

And for a while, it does.
But when months pass… years even… and the silence stretches longer than your patience…

You start to wonder if you’re even meant for this.
If your voice is still needed.
If anyone is still listening.

I’m slowly coming back to life, back to my music, back to myself. I just hope this time — I’m not shouting into the void🎧
