We love food so much that our goal at Ration is to preserve it for the whole year. We take real and wild food (or delicious and unknown ingredients) and make jams, sauces, pickles and spreads all meticulously sourced for their quality. Preservation and Fermentation is such an inherent part of the history we all come from, that we feel it’s our job to celebrate them.
