This family wanted to do some touch ups after purchasing this home. It had to be bless pt.1

2 more coats were added to this Deck to ensure full coverage and protection against the cold and snow

Releveling rear patio. Was laid 20 years ago. Stairs had sunken into the sand as the backyard is out to a flush green golf course. Once we dug to see where the post reach to, we found a pocket of water, filling the hole. No concrete footings were made for these stairs. Needs a bless refresh.
