Mission accomplished: creating a stairwell that refuses to take itself too seriously. With a playful palm leaf mural and vibrant pop of colour, this once-overlooked space became one of our favourite transformations. Sometimes the most unexpected places are the most fun to bring to life.

This stunning grasscloth by JF completely transformed the entry at , bringing the exact depth and warmth the space needed to set the tone for everything that follows. By thoughtfully wrapping the grasscloth into the dining area, we created a seamless flow between the two spaces, guiding the eye further into the home.
A well-designed entry isn’t just beautiful, it’s intentional, inviting, and a true reflection of your style. Because the moment you walk through the door, it should feel like home, and unmistakably like you!

Anyone else pretending the Spring weather is here? 🌿✨
This little switch, from a flat painted wall to a dreamy linen-textured chinois wallcovering was exactly the refresh this space needed.
The rich texture and that soft, sun-washed yellow bring in the warmth of spring light…like opening the windows on the first mild day and letting everything feel brighter, softer, and full of new energy.
Sometimes it’s the smallest changes that completely transform your space. 🌸

With the launch of our new website, I figured now would be a great time to re-introduce myself to those who are new here!
My name is Sonia and I am the founder of Sonia Rose Design Inc.
I have been in the interior design industry for over a decade and have had the privilege of working across a variety of sectors, including corporate, high-rise residential, retail, hospitality, and private residential design.
Over the years, my passion has always remained the same; creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful spaces that truly reflect the people who live and work in them. I believe great design is not only about how a space looks, but how it feels and supports your everyday life.
My approach blends creativity with practicality, whether I’m designing a full-scale renovation or refining the smallest details, I always aim to deliver spaces that feel timeless, elevated, and personal.
When I’m not designing, you can find me exploring new spaces, walking in nature or enjoying a cozy cup of tea while dreaming up the next project.
