13 months ago, before round two with đŤ I really believed that Iboga was truth medicine in the sense that it deliveres the truth directly, clearly, cleanly.
Now I see that Iboga is truth medicine in the sense that it presents a unique path for each individual to learn for themselves HOW to know ones truth. Sometimes it teaches this by revealing how the mind gets in the way.
Iâve come to understand that âtruth medicineâ is more of an ongoing process, and less of an event that happens lying on the mat.
My mind has been eating itself alive this year trying to âunderstandâ a specific vision and message from ceremony. Moving through post-integration, this has been one of the hardest years for me but I have been learning a lot about the nuances around the iboga integration process.â¨
This week, I started the process of updating my Iboga prep & integration course to reflect what Iâve been learning about these nuances, including this one: itâs not always about the content, but the mind structure the content amplifies.
There is so much nuance around working with this medicine, more so than with any other in my opinion.
This is why I created Doing the Work w/ Iboga: A prep & integration program to support folks walking with this master plant for psycho-spiritual purposes.
Are you working with Iboga soon? Let me know in the comments below or in the DMs. I would love to support you.

Hi, Iâm Lana. Allow me to re-introduce myself.
Last week, I made a post about navigating a post-psychâ˘delic identity crisis â and it kind of blew up. As a result, there are lots of new faces here, so I wanted to say hi.
What this told me is that a lot of people are feeling groundless and confused after medicine experiences â experiences that are positioned to be clarifying.
And that thereâs still a lack of education and support for people having a hard time after psychâ˘delics.
Iâve been podcasting on psychedâ˘L ics for 6 years now (you can find Modern Psychâ˘delics wherever you listen), and honestly?
Iâm tired of how we position them.
I donât blame us â I once believed these psychoactive substances would solve all my problems too.
And while they have a lot to offer, the truth is:
They donât remove you from life. They bring you more deeply into it â for better or worse.
Thereâs a lot we can improve in how we talk about psychâ˘delics. But more on that later.
A little about me:
đ Iâm a 4x-certified ICF professional coach
đą I work with humans on the psychâ˘delic path supporting preparation, integration, and authentic alignment
đĽ I love cooking, fashion, reading fiction, and disappearing on the dancefloor if thereâs wubby wubs
đ§đŚ I was born in former Yugoslavia (now Bosnia). Iâm a war baby
đď¸ City girl!! Iâve built a beautiful community in Toronto and deeply advocate for face-to-face connection
đŤ Psychâ˘delics have been a big part of my journey. My arc was: Mushrooms â Ayahâ˘asca â Ibâ˘ga â 5-MeO â back to Ibâ˘ga
đşRight now, theyâve taken a back seat
đŞˇIn 2024, I launched .co â the first kanna brand in Canada
If youâre here because youâre navigating change, confusion, or growth after psychâ˘delics, youâre in the right place.
Welcome! Tell me something about yourself in the comments â I genuinely love connecting with you.

Meet Kate.
A deeply self-aware woman on the medicine path, who found herself stuck in her own blind spots.
What we quickly discovered was that what Kate thought she wanted in her career was tied up in an identity she had formed to feel accepted⌠by the very people who made her feel judged.
Through our six slow-burn months together, Kate realized that the force she was feeling in her new business venture was coming from wearing a mask that wasnât hers.
As she began to shed that mask, something unexpected emerged:
Her lifelong passion for photography!!! đ¸
Today, Kate is (re-)building her career as a professional photographer and artist. Instead of forcing it, sheâs doing work that feels natural, aligned, and true to who she is. Also, her work is absolutely stunning.
Watching Kate come into to herself in an embodied way was beautiful, and one of the greatest privileges of my work as a coach.
If you see yourself in Kateâs story â the force, the confusion, the guilt, the feeling that something isnât quite right â this work might be for you.
For April, Iâm offering $500 off my signature 6-month 1:1 coaching program.

Gifting myself a chefâs knife was one of the best moves I made for my life, and honestly? for my integration process.
I know this might sound random, but hear me out. Because I want to challenge us to start thinking about integration in a fresh way.
Iâve always loved cookingâfood, fresh ingredients, being in the kitchen. By buying myself a beautiful knife, Iâve felt even more excited to spend time with this hobby. And itâs given me so much back.
Cooking, chopping, and being in the kitchen allows for:
đľ time off screens
đŠđťâđł moving closer to mastery in something I genuinely love
đĽ nourishing my body with homemade meals
But most importantly, as it relates to integration:
đ§ my mind wandersâand I get to reallllly think.
The mind wandering. The spaciousness. The silence.
Some of my best thinkingâand some of my most important post-ceremony revelationsâhave happened in this kitchen.
đ Not all integration looks like talking, reading, or âdoing the work.â
Sometimes it looks like creating the conditions for presence to happen naturally.
At its core, integration is about coming back to yourself and the wisdom within you. And acting from that place.
So, whatâs your âcookingâ?
The activity youâve been wanting to return to?
The one that gives you spaciousness?
The one you genuinely enjoy?
Identify itâand get to it. Your process will only benefit. đ¤

I often find it difficult to explain what I actually do as a coach. What value I provide.
The best way I can describe it is this:
I donât help my clients âget throughâ something.
â¨I help them become someone.đ
Someone we uncover togetherâlayer by layer. Each path is uniquely theirs.
â¨But over time, Iâve noticed energetic consistencies in the clients who circle back, months and sometimes years later, to tell me just how far theyâve come.
They often become someone who:
â˛ď¸ Trusts their own timing and path. No longer rushing to fix, prove, or perform
đ§ Sets boundaries as an act of self-respect, not self-protection
𫱠Chooses peace via the very human work of practicing acceptance
đĽ Releases attachments for others to change, and in doing so, transforms these relationships
đď¸ Honours quiet intuition over loud mind narratives
đŤLives from wholeness and authenticity, not from urgency or self-improvement
đśââď¸Lets their valuesânot their pastâlead the way forward
Not overnight, not through a checklist.
Not through sheer discipline.
Not even through accumulated wisdom and knowledge.
â¨đ But through deep presence,
honest reflection,
and a conscious, wide-eyed reorientation to who they are BEING in each moment.
This is the âvalueâ of my presence as your coach. This is the path of integration. This is the work Iâm here to do.
If youâre feeling the pull toward a deeper way of beingâŚ
â¨Letâs talk. Comment âcuriousâ below. Iâm now enrolling for January + February start dates.
