GLOW Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses the creative process of making Wishes Doll to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It can be beneficial for self-exploration, stress relief, and healing.
Engaging in creative activities during art therapy can enhance self-esteem, promote relaxation, and foster a sense of accomplishment. Additionally, it may be used to address issues like trauma, anxiety, and depression by providing a unique outlet for processing experiences.
