This week was a powerful reminder to trust the nudges and take action when they come. The conversations, the breakthroughs, the energy in that room. I am still glowing from it all.

If it’s not a priority, it’s not happening.

Life gets busy. There will always be another meeting, another task, another reason to push things off. But the things that keep us grounded, moving our bodies, taking care of ourselves, being present with the people we love, only happen when we choose to make space for them.

It’s not always easy to prioritize ourselves, but it matters more than we think.

Because when we do, we’re not just showing up differently for our lives - we’re giving permission to the people around us, especially our kids, to do the same. 💛
