Partner work kata day. We also assembled out community challenge starter kits. It starts Wednesday. Please spread the word and try a drop in to either Wednesday or Saturday classes.

Fun rainy dojo day. Lots of kicking today. We also did some kicking from the ground to work on form and use if hips. See you next week!
