Meet Jovie!
Smilingās her favouriteāand belly rubs are a close second!
Female | 4 months | 10 lbs | Mix Breed | UTD on Shots | Good with Kids & Dogs | Fostered in Toronto
Jovie was rescued from a Northern Manitoba community and took her freedom flight to Toronto in November. Sheās settled beautifully into foster care and is ready to meet her forever family!
Jovie is a happy, outgoing, affectionate puppy who loves people, playtime, and belly rubs. Sheās social, goofy (especially during her nightly zoomies!), but also an expert napper who settles well once sheās tired. She thrives on attention and closeness and loves being included in daily life.
Sheād do best in a home where someone is around often, as she doesnāt enjoy long stretches alone. A fenced yard would be a bonus for play and exploration. Sheās great with kids, though can get a little mouthy in typical puppy fashion.
Jovie is house-trained, crate-trained, walks nicely on leash, and knows several cues already. With continued guidance and routine, sheāll grow into the most loving, fun companion.
Jovie is ready for a family who wants a sweet, playful, people-loving pup to share their daysāand their couch!

Meet sweet Stella!
Female | 2 years | 26 lbs | Boxer Mix | UTD on shots & scheduled to be spayed | Rescued from a Northern Manitoba community | Fostered in Toronto
Stellaās journey is nothing short of incredible. She was found in Berens River in critical condition while in labourāemaciated, exhausted, and fighting to survive. She was urgently flown to Winnipeg, where vets helped deliver her puppies. After losing one baby and being too weak to stand, Stella and her pups were placed with an amazing foster through K9 Advocacy Manitoba, who gave her the care she desperately needed. Slowly, she gained strength, learned safety, and began to heal.
Today, Stella is gentle, sweet, and quietly affectionate. She can be shy at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes the cuddliest companion with the softest heart. She enjoys a calm home, short positive walks, and a peaceful routine as she continues building confidence.
Stella is looking for a loving, quiet forever family who will give her the patience, safety, and tenderness she has always deserved. Her puppies, Randy and Judy, are also ready for adoption and thriving!

This adaptable boy can thrive in almost any loving homeāfamilies, first-time dog owners, or anyone wanting a loyal companion. A yard is a bonus but not required; he just needs playtime, interaction, and a home that offers patience and gentle structure as he grows.
Randy is already learning sit, come, and stay, progressing well with crate training, and doing great with house training for his age. With 30ā60 minutes of daily activity through play, short walks, and enrichment, he balances zoomies with long, cozy naps.
