Continue to practice the seminar concepts with my friend and training partner .

We are closed Friday June 28th and Monday July 1st to enjoy the Canada Day celebration. Classes resume Tuesday as per summer schedules for the Adults and Kids classes.

Henry Akins is back in Toronto, June 22nd and June 23rd. Hosted by MAFA and 96 Jiu Jitsu.
