It’s getting hot out. So hot πŸ₯΅

You still want a coffee to start your day, but the hot drip feels a bit wrong. So, how about an iced coffee? 🧊

We designed 𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 blend to specifically to taste great as an iced coffee - in fact, it’s currently being served as an iced flash brew .to πŸ§ˆπŸ’™

𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 one is a blend of a Nicaraguan natural (75%) and a washed Burundi (25%). The Nicaragua provides these pleasant soft red fruit notes that remind us of watermelon, and the Burundi brings these beautiful citrus notes that remind us of a fresh, sweet tangerine. Both of the coffees are quite delicate, floral and sweet - which is perfect for a refreshing summery drink.

𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 Coffee is from Uganda!

From the producer group and coffee lot dubbed Embogo (named after the wild buffalo that is plentiful in their national parks), 𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 coffee is naturally processed and grown in Western Uganda, near the Rwenzori Mountains.

What’s 𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 one like? In the aroma, you can expect intense dark chocolate with a big sugar-browning fragrance. When brewed, the dark chocolate flavour and sugary body shine at the forefront, with a berry jam or sweet raisins note that's followed by a very typical Ugandan herbaceousness.

Medium/Espresso roast means that it tastes like a chocolate strawberry milkshake when you add in dairy πŸ₯›πŸ“

𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 Coffee is Half-Caf!

It tastes like a sunset πŸŒ„

It's bright and a little bittersweet. After our cupping of it, we wrote down tasting notes of peach pie, black tea and tangerine. So much peach pie!

It tastes great, and that's no surprise - 𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐬 one is comprised of two incredible coffees:

50% Ethiopian Natural (EA Decaf) + 50% Tanzania Inyega PB.

Also... it might just be on sale for Black Friday 🀫

Well, that was fun eh? 🀘

We had the pleasure of roasting up a Panama Gesha from Finca Deborah for the Toronto AeroPress Championship. For the Vancouver AeroPress Champs, it was a super special Ecuador SL-28. Both were generously provided by Cole at . Thanks Cole, you’re the best
