Having this dinner experience at this fantastic hotel at Heda. The menu features fermented ingredients with a selection of wine and sake. One of the highlights is the Roasted Izu Venison. Honestly, this is my first time trying deer meat, but I am pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and tender it is.

Indulging in the remarkable fine-dining experience at Amber, situated within the prestigious Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, was a culinary revelation. As an avid food enthusiast, I must confess that this was one of the most exceptional meals I have enjoyed savouring. Amber's well-deserved 2-star Michelin status is a testament to its commitment to redefining the art of contemporary dining and sustainability as well.

Stepping into the restaurant, I was immediately captivated by its elegant decor, exuding an ambiance of warmth and opulence, enhanced by the gentle glow of soft lighting. It set the perfect stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.

During my visit, I opted for the highly recommended Amber Unlimited experience, encompassing a delightful 4-course menu and a 2-hour free-flow of exquisite beverages. Among the many highlights of this culinary adventure, one dish stood out in particular: the renowned "Aka Uni." This signature creation of Amber combines the finest ingredients, including Imperial Caviar, Red Sea Urchin, and Lobster Jelly, harmoniously accompanied by a velvety Cauliflower pan cotta. With every bite, my taste buds were invigorated, and my senses awakened.

It was not only the exceptional cuisine that elevated my experience at Amber; it was the impeccable service that indeed took it to the next level. The staff's professionalism, confidence, and genuine friendliness added an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining affair, making me feel genuinely valued and cared for throughout the afternoon. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow food enthusiasts and those seeking an unforgettable gastronomic journey in the heart of Hong Kong.

Summer vibes are in full swing as we gather on the patio with friends! Our afternoon at the charming barn restaurant of Honsberger Estate Winery was a delightful and rejuvenating experience. Indulging in a delectable array of pickled veggies and cheese, savouring piping hot pizzas straight from the oven, and, of course, toasting to the season with a couple of exquisite wines made it a truly memorable occasion.
