FIRE & FRANKS!

One of Ignite Youth’s favorite summer traditions is back! Join us for Fire & Franks, a fun evening where we’ll welcome students entering Grade 7 this fall and enjoy some time together before the new school year begins.

We’ll cook hot dogs over the fire, take on our Mystery Box Challenge, play games, share a devotion, and, of course, spend plenty of time hanging out!

A new year of Children’s Church and AWANA is just around the corner! We’re bringing our Children’s Ministries volunteers together to get ready for another year of teaching, serving, and discipling kids. We’ll cover important updates, policies and procedures, what’s changing this fall, and practical tips to help us make the most of every opportunity we have to point kids to Christ.

Your role matters. The time you spend serving can have a lasting impact on the next generation, and we want to make sure you feel prepared and encouraged as we begin a new year together. If you're serving in Children’s Church or AWANA in the fall, please plan to attend!

AWANA Is Coming Back This Fall!

We’re getting ready for another great year of AWANA, and we’d love to have your kids join us! AWANA is for kids in Kindergarten through Grade 6 and begins Wednesday, September 9. We meet every Wednesday evening from 6:30–8:00 PM.

Each AWANA night is packed with fun, friendship, games, activities, Bible lessons, and Scripture memorization. Most importantly, kids have the opportunity to learn about God, grow in His Word, ask questions about their faith, and discover what it means to truly follow Jesus.

And the best part? AWANA is completely FREE!

Whether your kids have been coming for years or this will be their very first time, they’re welcome here. You don’t need to attend church to be part of AWANA. We’d love to meet your family and have your kids join us for a fun and meaningful evening each week.

There’s just something special about gathering around a fire.

Sunday’s Fireside Fellowship was such a sweet evening filled with good food, meaningful conversations, lots of laughter, and simply enjoying being together.

We’re so thankful for moments like these when we can slow down, connect, encourage one another, and grow together as a church family. Church is about so much more than what happens on Sunday mornings. It’s about doing life together.

We’re grateful for the people God has brought into our church family and for evenings like this that remind us what a blessing it is to share life together.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE TURN FROM THE TRUTH?

That’s one of the questions we’ll be wrestling with as we continue through Romans 1:18–32.

This is a challenging passage, but it’s an important one. Paul confronts sin, rebellion, truth, and the consequences of rejecting God. It gives us plenty to think about, talk about, and apply to our own lives.

Come ready to open the Word, ask tough questions, and encourage one another as we seek to become men who know Christ and live like it.

The Ladies Time of Prayer will not be meeting this morning but will return next Tuesday at 9:30am.

We’re into Week 8 of our Summer Memory Verse Challenge! This week, we’re learning 2 Corinthians 5:17, a verse that reminds us that when we belong to Jesus, we are made new.

This week, take some time to talk with your kids about what it means to be a new creation in Christ. Here are a few questions to get the conversation started:

Discussion Questions:
• What do you think it means to be a “new creation”?
• What are some things Jesus changes in our lives?
• Does being a new creation mean we never make mistakes anymore? Why or why not?
• How can you show others that Jesus is changing you?
• What is one thing you can ask Jesus to help you grow in this week?

Take some time this week to read it, say it, talk about it, and memorize it together!

As summer begins to wind down, evenings like this become even more meaningful. They're an opportunity to slow down, set aside the busyness of life for a little while, share a few laughs, encourage one another, and simply enjoy being together.

Our Summer Ladies Fellowship is a relaxed gathering where women of all ages can connect, build friendships, and be encouraged through the gift of Christian community. Whether you've joined us throughout the summer or tonight would be your very first time, we'd love to welcome you.
