Busy Weekend - Transporting and Erecting 4 new rail bridges downtown Toronto!

These bridges are part of the Union Station Enhancement Project.

NRE was happy to supply our 300 ton crawler crane to tilt wall. 97 concrete panels were installed over the last few weeks. The heaviest panels weighed in at over 100 tons or 200,000 pound lifts.

A rare and special opportunity!
NRE is privileged to be a part of erecting this totem pole at the Canada Games Park.

The totem pole is Red Cedar and was carved in Vancouver BC and commissioned in St. Catharines in 1966 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Confederation.

The pole has since undergone an extensive restoration, including painting in 2022.
