(Harmonic & dissonant) Sound Bath 🎶✨ Friday, April 24th | 7pm | Downtown Location If you’ve experienced one of Miriam’s Sound Baths before, you may have heard her talk about harmonic and dissonant sounds. Harmonic sounds help bring balance and harmony to your body’s systems. Dissonant sounds gently “shake things up”, supporting the release of blockages, encouraging detoxification, and helping to break up neural pathways, those thought loops we get stuck in. Can you hear the subtle dissonance between two of these singing bowls, that sit beside each other on the scale? It’s delicate, sometimes barely perceptible, but powerful. Miriam always creates space to ground, both at the beginning and end, with the intention for your nervous system to settle into a deep sense of calm.
