Xplornet Fibre Maintenance Notice:

On March 19 from 0300AM until 0900AM that morning, Xplornet will be doing maintenance and upgrades on the Swift Current fibre site.

This could potentially affect service for up to 800 customers. If you have issues with your service during this time please delay call in for service until after the maintenance window is over. If you still have no service after this time, please call the support line at 1-866-841-6001

NOTICE: Downtime has been corrected for all AQUA and BRAVO server customers. The downtime was caused by a Gateway service disruption in our ISP backend. All affected services have been restored - We will have a blog post about this incident forthcoming.

The AQUA server is back online after a short outage period - We have switched some networking gear and upgraded the cPanel version to the latest release. We have also enabled KernalCare on the system so it will be able to receive the latest kernal patches without the need to reset the server for major OS changes.

We have just updated all of our servers from MySQL 5.7 to MariaDB 10.3. This change will allow data to be stored and recalled even faster than before. We will continue efforts to increase speeds and data storage to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible!
