From Our Ranch to Your Table. We Hope You Enjoy! Our beef is pasture raised in Southwest Saskatchewan by 4th and 5th generations of the Patzer family.
Welcome to Patzer Ranch Beef - where prairie grazing and locally sourced feed grains produce a delicious product. The original homestead is still part of the ranch, an ongoing legacy since 1910. Our animals are grass fed until they reach prime age and finished on barley, much of which is grown right on our ranch. Our beef is then aged for 21 days and processed locally at a federally inspected butc

Hello Moose Jaw and Regina! We are coming your way with beef tomorrow and due to a clerical error, we have two additional quarters of beef available! We will honour our JANUARY SPECIAL price. We sell our beef by the packaged pound, not the hot hanging weight, so you know exactly how many pounds you are getting before you commit to your beef. No surprises. Our animals are butchered at 18 months and hang for 21 days. Cut and wrap included in price. Our ranch is located near Swift Current, Sk.
January special price was $9.00/lb - you pay only for pounds received!
Quarters weigh in at 129.6 and 134.2 lbs
These premium animals are grass/hay fed and finished on locally grown barley. If you’re interested, please send a message to see the exact cuts and amounts in a quarter.
