The Center in Swift Current

A huge thank you to Innovation Credit Union for spending time with us this week!

Their team rolled up their sleeves and helped prepare food for our meal program, which provides meals to 20–30 youth each day, Monday through Thursday. Together, they sliced bread, baked muffins, prepared pizza dough, and even took some time to connect as a team through games and activities.

We are incredibly grateful for their support and their partnership with this program. Community involvement like this helps make our meal program possible and ensures local youth have access to nutritious meals and a welcoming place to belong.

Thank you for being such an important part of supporting youth in our community!

Youth Fest happening on June 30, 2026 from 6:00pm – 8:00. Grades 6-9 students are invited.

The Center Perk is our student-run coffee shop right here at The Center!

It offers a variety of beverages for youth to enjoy during our weekend drop-in programs. On a hot summer day, nothing beats one of our refreshing fruit smoothies—just one of the many drink options available!

Wyatt Oesch has been awarded the Dr. Lawrence Reimer memorial bursary. We are excited to present it on behalf of the Dr. Lawrence Reimer family to a student that is so deserving!

The Center Perk is a for-youth, by-youth coffee shop where young people gain hands-on job experience while serving awesome drinks to their peers. It’s a space to build skills, confidence, and community — one cup at a time.

We are so proud to partner with MyCityCare Swift Current, but today we’re sharing a call for help. Due to an unprecedented increase in requests for food hampers, their shelves are running low, and they need our collective support to ensure no neighbor goes without.

If you have the means, please consider dropping off non-perishable food items or making a financial contribution. Every single can and every dollar makes a tangible difference for families right here in our community.
