After working in the rain for the last 2+ weeks and drying out gear every night, we had our first summery day. and Auggie brought the « all star crew » coffees and we got through the 9 prunes plus 1 removal in a day. 🤩
Doesn’t get much better than this.

I dunno why, but I’ve been hesitant to post lately. Its like somehow sharing my experiences with others will somehow make them less meaningful to myself? Or am I just grappling with the fact that we feel this urge to shout about how great we are for recognition? I honestly don’t know or understand fully. But here’s some pics of what I’ve been up to the last week 🫶

Easy come, easy go.
Another trip to UAE. Another big check. Another crissement belle experience to add to the collection.
Where we ended on the podium has so much less relevance than 2 short moments for me.

2 moments in time where our plans completely fell apart and we had to lean on each other in ways that transform our friendships, prompt our growth and rewrite our dependence on ourselves.
These intense snapshots are what I cherish the most. That and this team that I would literally die for.

Took little August up his first summit yesterday. Hoping that there’s 10,000 more in our future together 👍

Been kinda absolutely crazily hectic busy over here.
Between starting a new company doing tree work, being a double-dad and doing some training it’s been 11/10 full gas.

2nd place at Morzine Ultra championships yesterday. Race was quite fun! Training has been kinda lacklustre the last many months, but somehow my body felt decent out there.
Very good atmosphere and course here in . Thanks to for a fun jog through the hills!🙏

It’s been a hectic few weeks. Working lots, playing a little and training when I can.
Had a stellar Ontario trip, climbed lots of trees and hung out with tons of friends. That’s winning!
Heading to Ultra Beast world champs. Should be a blast!

It’s been a pretty fun and hectic few weeks.
As found out, the Ryan training plan involves climbing trees, picking up big logs, running intervals, climbing rocks (plastic when it’s raining 😑) and lots of Esme snuggles.
Watching navigate the last bit of her pregnancy with grace is inspiring 😍

Unbelievably excited to announce a new addition to the family!
In a few short months, we will be having ANOTHER ONE ☝️
