New job starting today in South surrey. We've will be installing james hardie board and batten. With westcoast IPA real pine soffit.

James hardie product price is going up in June!

If youve been thinking about upgrading your exteriors nows the time!

Also later this year in october, Contractors will be made to charge PST on all products and labour!

Little update on what we have going on this year so far.

Pool house for a good friend starts in a few weeks. Waiting for trusses and roofing.

Signed contract for a custom house in South surrey. Start date mid June early July.

House in tsawwassen quote sent out. Waiting for approved pricing and contract signing.

Potential house in delta. Waiting to speak with owners about budget and materials.

Lots of good projects coming! Can't wait for better weather and a busy summer. Will post each project as we reach out milestones!

Its not everyday we get the opportunity to give back to the people who do such amazing work for their community. When this non profit women's shelter reached out. We were thrilled and honored to let them know we would do the work for free, and thank them for continously helping those out in need.

Although the job was small. We hope it gives this organization just a little more help. A little more food. Or just one more person can benefit from the little money they saved.

Id like to personally Thank you for working selflessly to provide food and shelter to the women in your community.

Exterior steel stud kitchen and fire place we built for a friend. We did all his exterior siding aswell. Waiting for permits to start bulding his pool house next.

This back deck is definitely THE spot in the summer! We even got 4 big heaters built into the soffit for those winter months

This Kitchen being a free standing support system you know we had to use the big gauge steel studs this beauty will survive the apocalypse let alone some stumbles

Its equipped with, mini fridge, sink, bbq, pizza oven and a blackstone hibachi grill. Home owner recently added a trager smoker to the mix and let me tell this is our favourite outdoor patio we've had the pleasure to be apart of.

House looked to good in the sun had to snap a few photos.

Really happy with the way this turned out. From building a custom fire place and out door kitchen

To custom designed cedar post, beam and brackets.

Aswell as James Hardie arctic white board and batten. With James hardie window trim aswell.

Turned out beautiful! And happy to say straight-line construction put another great job in the catalog

Built this customer a custom out-side kitchen.
Made space for his pizza oven. Bbq, flat top, mini fridge, sink and a couple access panels. Can't wait to see it finished with stone work.

All accented by beautiful real cedar posts and beams.
And English porter real pine soffit.
