2024 marks Remdal's 50th year of business.
Recently, our team & their families (nearly 500 of us) joined together for our annual picnic, 50th-year celebration, special photos and amazing prizes.
The day included fun games, lots of laughter, amazing food, fantastic prizes and much more.
One of the many highlights of the day was the $100,000 prize giveaway to our long-time team members. The grand prize was $50,000 and then there were five prizes of $10,000. It was incredible to see the joy on the winners' faces.
As we commemorate our 50th anniversary, we also celebrate the loyal clients, tremendous industry partners, and amazing team members who have contributed to this achievement.

Follow-up to the video, here are the photos from last month's training because sometimes people prefer photos to video.
It's been a very busy month at Remdal so this is a delayed post from last month's hands-on Painting training in Surrey. AI helped to create the video but we needed to add more energetic background music. It was awesome to see so many smiling faces from across the company participating and learning. Bravo everyone!
Last week our Growth & Development Team hosted another amazing training event. It was wonderful to see broad collaboration & mentorship throughout a full day of education sessions for Remdal's up & coming leadership group.
The video provides a glimpse of the professional and industry-leading training being provided to our team members in preparation for an awesome year ahead.

Preparation is the key to success for great results. And off-season training is preparation. Many of our wonderful, experienced team members have been instructing our newest team members on a range of skills and industry knowledge.
Fall protection certification, best safety practices for ladder work, concrete repairs, painting techniques, sealant application and much more. And, there are several more training sessions ahead in the weeks to follow.
Big THANK YOU to all our teachers and students. Looking forward to an amazing 2024 exterior season.

People always tell us that they see our Remdal vehicles everywhere. So I considered what our vehicles may have looked like at the beginning in 1974. This old 1970s painting van (from Florida) was the closest I could find online. Another visual of how things have changed when compared to our small fleet photographed a couple years ago. 😃
