🐾 Volunteer Extraordinaire! 🐾

Everyone knows someone who always goes above and beyond. Here at Loveabull Rescue Society, we are incredibly fortunate to have one of those people on our team.

Barbara Stoll is that person.

Whether she’s sorting donations for redistribution, delivering supplies to local food banks, supporting our Return-It fundraising program, or sewing covers for dog beds, Barb is always ready to lend a hand.

Recently, we asked if she could sew a few bandanas for some upcoming fundraising events. Well... holy cow, did she ever deliver! The response was far beyond anything we expected, and we are so grateful for the time, effort, and care she put into every single one.

Community service is truly in Barb’s blood. As a veteran (thank you for your service, Barb!), she continues to give back by volunteering with several organizations, including Meals on Wheels, while somehow still finding time to support our mission.

💙 Thank you, Barb, for everything you do. Your generosity, dedication, and kindness make a difference to so many people and pets in our community.

🐶 Join us this Saturday from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM at Bosley’s Murrayville for our “Try-It” Nosework Event!

As a special thank you, everyone who makes a donation to our Spread the Love Project will receive a free handmade bandana for their dog, courtesy of Barb (while supplies last).

Loveabull Rescue Society presents the Nosework ‘Try-It’ Event! Have you ever wondered if your dog would thrive with nosework? Well here’s your chance! Join us and try nosework with Arleigh Bell (Certified Nosework Judge) of K9 Fun n Games. Raffle, free prizes and more!

All proceeds support our Spread The Love project - helping animals whose owners are at risk of or experiencing homlessness.

Participation is by donation.

We’re looking for a barn, covered area, or warehouse space to host a special fundraiser on June 14th.

This exciting nosework event may include scent trials, a shed antler hunt, or urban ratting. All dogs will be on leash and participate one at a time, making it a safe and structured experience for everyone involved.

✨ 100% of proceeds will go directly to our Spread The Love project — helping provide essential support to dogs living with their owners in homeless shelters and supportive housing.
If you have a space we could use, or know someone who does, please reach out. Sharing this post also makes a huge difference!

It’s been a busy start to the year for our Spread the Love project, and because of you, we’ve been able to make a real impact:

✨ In partnership with Fraser Valley Humane Society, we sponsored 6 cats from Sumas Supportive Housing for spay/neuter

In a terrifying accident, Max was badly burned while trying to protect his mom when their trailer exploded. After they were pulled from the flames, Max—frightened and in pain—bolted and was tragically hit by a car. Max and his mom have been through an unimaginable ordeal, and they need our support.
