Estate and Strata Community Horticultural Maintenance Programs!

Pacifica Landscape Works has expanded their landscape horticultural maintenance offerings with new services specifically for Strata Communities as well as Strata Agencies! Pacifica has over 30 years of Horticultural experience with multiple Certified Horticulturalists on staff. Primarily Pacifica has been maintaining their own design build projects, but has decided to share that knowledge with the many stata communities throughout the Peninsula area of White Rock and South Surrey. Pacifica Horticulture is led by company owner Michael Bjorge who is a graduate of the Horticultural Program from Kwantlen University College, with a specialization in Landscape Design and Planting Plans. He also has extensive training in Arboriculture, and is a Certified Horticultural Technician through the BC Landscape & Nursery Association. All jobsite’s shall have at least one Certified Horticulturist on site. We are pleased to now provide these detailed horticultural services to strata communities with service offering including; arboriculture hazard tree assessments and pruning, aesthetic pruning, plant health care analysis, integrated pest management (IPM), seasonal planting of annuals & perennials, general upkeep including weeding & cultivation. Weekly lawn maintenance services, seasonal aeration & dethatching, as well as Chafer Beetle Grub Control. These services are offered for estate gardens, larger ornamental residential gardens, and of course now strata communities that value curb appeal and garden areas that beautify their complex adding increased property value!

Garden Art! 🙂 I’ve been doing more and more Garden Art Installations recently. Have a new printing process that allows for fully U/V protected prints of my full portfolio of work for a nice and very unique addition to any Garden Room setting 🙂
