πŸ’™ This program is very close to our hearts.

Passing the NCLEX and getting your RN license is a huge achievementβ€”but for many internationally educated nurses, landing the job is only the beginning.

The bigger challenge is knowing how to survive, succeed, and truly flourish once you step into a Canadian hospital.

That’s why RN Harpreet Brar developed the Hospital Readiness Programβ€”to help newly licensed international nurses bridge the gap between being licensed and being truly ready for the Canadian healthcare environment.

From hands-on clinical skills and medication administration to documentation, communication, clinical judgment, and real hospital scenariosβ€”this program was built to prepare nurses for what comes after NCLEX. πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

πŸŽ“ Don’t just get the job. Be ready to succeed in it.

πŸŽ‰ What an incredible start!

Our very first Hospital Readiness Program was a huge success, with 25 internationally educated nurses joining us for the in-person clinical training. We were also excited to welcome students who travelled from different provinces to be part of the experience.

One of the biggest highlights? 8 Registered Nurses who are already working in a healthcare setting but still chose to attend the program to upskill and strengthen their clinical knowledge. That speaks volumes about the value of continuous learning.

From hands-on clinical skills and medication administration to documentation, communication, and real hospital scenarios, our goal is simpleβ€”to help nurses feel confident, competent, and ready for Canadian healthcare.

Thank you to every student who trusted us. Watching you learn, practise, and grow together was an unforgettable experience. πŸ’™
