Can your family join your TELUS EPP account?

Yes! As an eligible EPP account holder, you may be able to add up to 9 lines to your account, depending on your approved credit.

A common question I get is:
"Can my spouse or family member have their own EPP account?"

The answer is no. The EPP account must be registered under an eligible employee. However, eligible family members can still enjoy the same exclusive EPP offers under that account.

Absolutely!

In most cases, you can keep your existing phone number when you switch to TELUS.

One important tip: Don't cancel your current service before your number is transferred.

If you cancel your account first, we won't be able to transfer your phone number.

Once your number has been successfully transferred to TELUS, your previous provider will automatically cancel your old service.

But don't worry if you don't have one.

Some organizations offer alternative ways to verify your employment, such as a recent pay stub or other proof of employment.

Every organization has its own verification process, so the easiest way to find out is to ask.
