Designing a commercial kitchen for a restaurant involves several crucial steps. First, a space assessment is essential to ensure the site meets all municipal and service requirements. Interior designers and architects then create a layout, which needs approval from the Health Department. Engineers handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, while securing a building permit. Once construction starts, a reputable contractor ensures the project stays on schedule. The entire process emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations, making expert guidance vital for a successful restaurant launch.

It's like trying to teach a cat to do tricks – entertaining but often frustrating! I am in this committed (forced by own choice) relationship with Microsoft. Hoping for some software therapy soon.

My trip to Russia was the highlight of 2022. Here is a little snapshot of some tidbits about building engineering in Russia from the era gone. I was very impressed by the Russian culture and mesmerized by its history, something we in the west are "sheltered" from. Seeing is believing indeed.
