Hello Evo dwellers! I used to own a condo there and started this page over 10 yrs ago. I no longer live there and would like to either delete this page or make someone else the admin. Please let me know if you would like to take over. I found it very helpful for residents to share their experiences and connect with each other regarding security and community issues.

I’m currently running one now for the neighborhood I live in and it’s so great to be able to communicate with neighbours. We use it to recycle things we no longer need that someone else may be able to use, to report suspicious behaviour and to see if others are experiencing issues with their plumbing or other structures within their homes, amongst other things.

If there is no response I will regretfully delete the page.

Hello Block Watch,

I would like to remind everyone - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN YOUR VEHICLE You may end up with a substantial repair bill because your window gets broken to retrieve a quarter from your console.

Also, the little round suction mark on your windshield from your GPS system is a clue to the bad guy that you may have a GPS in your glove box. Please be aware of this.

Does anyone have anything to report to the Block Watch Team? Your reports are confidential if you chose it to be and reports go directly to the RCMP's Block Watch Program.

Everyone needs to wait for the gate to close! This will increase the building's security. Also, there is a fine for those who do not wait for the gate to close. Don't say you weren't warned!

Have you checked out the security channel on channel 399 or 116 yet? We have 5 cameras located around the building that gives us 24 hour surveillance.
