THE COST TO CANADA DUE TO LIBERAL ENERGY POLICIES. So instead of Canada getting this money, it is being made by Americans. Remember that Carny not only helped develope this policy, he makes personal money on this because it forces prices up on his personal investments in offshore oil and gas projects. Yes Carny is only anti-oil, if it's Cannadian oil.
